Be A Volunteer. Be A Friend
Ever wish there was a way to help contribute more to your favorite local library? Now you can! Become a Friend of the library! What do Friends do? Friends groups have been formed by community members using their various talents to do everything from running book sales to ensuring that local library assets remain viable and visible to the entire community. By contributing as a library Friend, you can make a lasting difference for your library. Our Princeton Public Library Friends group contributes in the following ways & more!:
- Sponsor programs and initiatives for children, teens, and young adults
- Cultivate new innovations such as online databases and newsletters
- Host lively events of all kinds
- Help fund scholarships for librarians and library staff
- Support pro-library advocacy to government officials and the general public
